Every importation agreement has outs for situations like this. The Bankruptcy Judge has no control over importation contracts and the Judge can't force Futaba to do business with Horizon. Why would Futaba want one of their major competitors importing and distributing their product? It doesn't matter if Horizon buys Hobbico, they don't automatically get the lines unless Hobbico actually OWNS the lines. Importation agreements can't be bought and transferred to a new owner.
I think Futaba will probably work with Horizon. Horizon would not just walk away from a money maker, unless their agreement with Spektrum strictly precludes it.
