I am running version 2.0 on a TREX 470 and when I fly from my right to left across me than roll right it corkscrews slightly. How do I tune that out?

A little more info and things I have checked are: gyro is dead straight, I have done all leveling at midstick, linkage compensation top and bottom of collective and definitely not adding any elevator when I roll. It does not do it when I come from the opposite direction and roll left or right.

Hope I explained it well, any help appreciated. Thank you.

David

Show me a picture of the rotor head and swash plate region.

Is the model lifting its nose a little in right rolls?

Yes, I believe it pitches up. Now that you make me think about it, I think that is the way it goes first. Will need to fly again tomorrow and pay closer attention to which way exactly.

Thank you, Dr. Ben. Let me know if you need more pictures. Also, the CG is dead on.

First make sure you have gone through the swash detail vmenu to elminate any possible ail>ele interaction.

Second, how many degrees of cyclic are set in swash rate mode?

Increase cyclic to 9 degrees. Increase head gain to 70%.

....and do the swash detail.

Fly it again and see how it improves. It will.

Have you tried increasing the right thumb auto correct ? Sometimes increasing this number for a certain model increases the chances of a successful completion.

spending time, paying attention
