C',mon, this is Vario. They dont do cheap stuff. They will be about $150 a set when they are in your hands.

From Joe at East Coast Vario on the scalerchelis.com forum:

"I think these are fine in the 1003/50 and /60 tail rotors of typical rotation. Not the reversed rotation of some models though."

In to some of the previous questions , this is the reply from Vario .....

the new bevel gears fit in all Aluminium gearboxes.
From our point of view there is no problem to use them in both directions (even by knowing that an engineer would not agree ;-)….)
There is no other spiral gears planed.
