I can't seem to find a canopy for my trex700e dfc. I just like to know if a trex700L dominator canopy will fit on mine.

Yes it will,i have the 700L Dominator and the Regular 700E DFC and I have switched them around,the canopy mounting holes line up.
If you look in my gallery under the album folder you will see both my heli's.
