Loctite is a sure bet vs CA which is too brittle.

Medium such as 243

I would..... carefully inspect it with a magnifier to make sure it’s not split or sporting a hairline crack......can’t tell by looking at the picture whether or not you can just pull the gear right off. Looks like the bottom of the gear has a small collar that might prevent you from clearing the mating gear. If that’s the case then you’ll need to remove the rest or at least some of the gears.....

Pull it off and degrease the shaft with acetone, lacquer thinner or brake cleaner. Many would suggest to use alcohol as a degreaser but personally, I don’t think that it does a good enough job.

Wash the gear itself with piping hot water and dishwashing detergent and thoroughly dry it before attempting to glue it back onto the shaft....

Take a pick with your phone of the gear train before you take it apart to help you with orientation upon reassembly.

Good luck !

Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....
