I was flying my HZR 105 and it started to run like it was flooding or like running on low throtle

I landed and realized the motor was pouring fuel out of somewhere, I could not tell from where,I pulled the engine and can not see anything wrong,it is not leaking from a fuel line,this is way to much fuel for that,could it be the check valve,or the carbs regulator system,it looks like a lot of fuel was in the pressure valve or what ever that round valve attached to the carb is,is fuel supposed to. E in that,I thought that was just for regulating pressure?

You most likely have a stuck regulator. Here is a nice video on how to fix it.
