Ok, so after spending nearly 4 weeks at ModelFlight, the Aus JR dealer, the Tx came back with "no reported issues"found. They did static and air range checks with the Tx and the 11ch rx from my jet and said it was all within spec. Still doesn't explain why my jet went into shutdown both times I did the range check.
Now I am in a quandary. Even if the Tx is ok, there's still going to be that worry in the back of my mind. I fly one level below F3C, so the model is covering a lot of distance. It's not as if I could swap over to my Spektrum as all my FBL's are MiniTags, so I need DMSS.
