Some people can admit when they are wrong. Apparently not you ever.
Show me where I am wrong and I will admit such....

I asked for a document and you failed to provide it.

Meaning post a link to the document that was so recently signed by the President.

Why can't you do that simple thing?

No, apparently you can't produce the document to back up your claim.

The only thing you can do is to post a "cut and paste" of fake news.

Which means that no matter how much you want to believe in that......it's just not true.....

As I mentioned before, at this point in time.....CURRRENT federal law states that hobbyists are EXEMPT from FAA rules....as is stated in the law.

Why you cannot understand that is beyond comprehension.

As such, just drop it and move on to something else....

Give it as break. I appreciate the enthusiasm. Let us focus on Helicopters, you can complain to Uncle Sam or write millions of tweets to complain. Uncle Sam is a lost cause, until our standard of living drops to where we are hungry. We will do something about it.

My point, we are screwed so let us all focus on fun things such as helicopters? Okay? Arguing here or trying to get the other side to catapult is a total waste of time.

Without further addition, are you doing any classic retro helicopters?

I personally have a concept 30 SR-T, working on smoothing the tail from vibs. I upgraded the rotor grips to accept 12mm/4mm bolt blades. I have been wanting this machine since I was 10 years old!

Good timing Paul; that puppy needs to take our two 'politicians' for a

You not alone. Between work and the weather this time of the year is awful to fly in.

Just flew 20 minutes non stop Trex 600 electric.

I was enjoying it until my daughter decided to pee her pants! Nothing like seeing a puddle next to you!

THANKYOU InvertedDude! Page 13, and the start of Page 14 of this thread is one reason for "Where did everyone go".

I was a half page away from unsubscribing from what was an interesting topic up to page 11 or so. Not quite back on track yet, but things are looking up.

Hey look guys another puppy!
I still like puppys.

I never thought R/C helis could be so difficult to enjoy. I thought you just think about going to the car, drive to your favorite place to fly, fly your heli, pack up after the batteries or nitro is empty, and go home. Have dinner, kiss your wife, kiss the kids goodnight, pet the dog or cat, watch TV till you get sleepy, call it a day, go to bed and sleep thinking about the next time out. Now it seems there is FAA drama and world politics to think about...whats next...throw religion in the mix....? So much for a stress relieving hobby. Hm. This makes me sad. I'd better quit before it causes my health to decline. I think the next time I go out to fly I'll bring a "de-fib" pack with me just in case.

I love the Concepts and also the Calibers.

I spent a good part of my childhood admiring the Kyosho advertising and wondering how I could ever earn enough money for a Concept 30! I eventually owned a Concept 46VR with an OS50SX-H in it. It was a lot of fun but apparently not made to the previous Concepts level of quality.

Hasn't been signed by the President yet.....according to the link.

Has been presented for signing...

So, technically, it's still not law...

In addition, Section d) of 1092 allows Taylor to appeal to the SCOTUS for the final say. So, in spite of this, the ruling that you love to throw in our faces....as a fan big govt......is still up for debate within the SCOTUS......

You need to learn how to read the language of these bills....
I was a half page away from unsubscribing
LOL...chill out.

You're a Canadian. While this means nothing to you, it means quite a bit to USA RC aircraft flying....and the USA hobbyists that partake in RC.

You need to understand that.....

HS, in fact, the wording of such legislation is so weak....that it would be a "cakewalk" for Taylor to have the SCOTUS overturn this ruling.

They didn't bother to argue that the original amendment by Sen. Inhofe was wrong, etc......they simply added a 4-5 line paragraph saying that they re-introduced it.....over the ruling that was vacated by Taylor vs Huerta.

Which in "legislature speak", means they really didn't give much of a hoot about RC aircraft registration.....and have moved on to what they consider more important things.

Again, Congress doesn't give much of a damn about RC aircraft registration.

And Congress has allowed this section d) of 1892 to be easily overturned at the SCOTUS level....

It's now Taylor's turn "at bat" again.....and may he hit another home run.

In fact, Taylor only needs a "single"....for a "walk off" win....

I would suggest those who want to vigorously discuss AMA/FAA issues may want to start their own separate post as so far it is damaging the vibe...
