What’s the brand, how old are they and how do you charge them? Balance charge, fast charge, higher than 2c, we need the particulars. Thanks

What charger do you use?
Do you have telemetry on your heli?

If you can check the IR of your batts, that might be a good 1st step.

A charger is an easy way to check the IR of a pack. I looked up your charger and it does not have that option.
Telemetry could kind of so th same if you can read the pack voltage while the heli is hovering.
CellLog 8s will plug into the balance plug and record each cell voltage during a flight. This will do the same as telemetry other than you have to view at the results after the flight. If you have an ESC with logging, you can do the same with it.
Why it is hard to detect is you plug in a pack... it reads 4.2v per cell. You lift off the heli and the HS boggs, you land and check the battery voltage and it reads 4.15v per cell. The problem is with a pack with high IR value, when the heli is in the air ( motor under a load ) the pack drops to something like 3.5v per cell. Once you land and the motor is turned off, the voltage goes back up as the load has been stopped.
So if everything checks out fine with charging and you heli has just lost its punch, its 99.9% chance your pack is old and tired, needing to be replaced. But its good to check before just tossing it and buying a new pack. If you have a friend where you fly willing to let you borrow a similar pack and your heli is back to full power... then its 100% your battery.

OHM

Your charger has a IR (internal resistance) screen named

BAT RES
(battery resistance)

Where you can view individual as well as total batt resistance value.
Best viewed after charging battery. They should all have equal numbers. Above 10 milli-ohms per cell is considered too high. Any one cell higher than the rest is your weakest cell.

* * * * * *

LOAD TESTING BATTERY
After charging battery, set charger to its highest discharging value and begin discharging batt. Go to screen to monitor individual cell voltage and observe that they should be discharge equally. If you notice any one cell discharging quicker than the others, that is your weak cell...same one that has highest OHM reading.

Since you dont have telemetry, consider at least a lipo alarm like the one below.

Use a voltmeter. 4.2v per cell = 25.2v for a fully charged 6s pack.

My 720I duo only gives me total pack IR (resistance). My Powerlab 8 (and 6) gives individual cell IRs.
