Tail Drive

No, its s big heli so it is loud but not excessive. Just trying to get the bird flying well. Its strange having a tail motor, but works great. Have you seen the video???

IMHO, I would use the Teflon tube inside the brass tube. This will keep the wire drive cable from flopping around in the tube. Much less wear and tear that way and it's much quieter, which is a big benefit for the FBL unit.

All helis and planes have an expiration date stamped on them...you only find it after you crash!!

Cobra

Thank you Barry for your input. I tried to contact him , Starwood, but couldnt. There sure isnt much of a gap between that 5 or 6 mm flexible shaft that drives the tail, and the brass tube. I assume that plastic cable must be less than 1mm thick????? She sure is my pride and joy, love this big heli, I normally cant afford such things, but got lucky with this heli. Anyone going to the Cajun helifest in March, usually a great event for scale...
Thanks Again.
