Rotor systems are made of the same material as movie stagecoach wheels.

The real answer is called "aliasing." But you knew that.

Tracking needs to be adjusted..
That's just the forward tilt of the rotor. The blade viewed down its length does flap a bit, but when it was at full rpm on the ground it's just the forward tilt.
