How is that a day late and a dollar short? They are following the rules for implementing new rules. To me, it shows how many illegal flights are being flown by 107 operators.

I was glad to see that the drone operator that hit the blackhawk was located. Guess that means the parts sold by DJI are recorded and logged to the owner.

And it will solve nothing.....given the number of idiots out there.

But it will make the advocates of big government and government over-reach have a warm and fuzzy feeling....

let me see if I have this right. Months ago you guys were all over me for wanting FAA rules. Now you are crying because the rule making is not fast enough for you.

Pretty much sums it up.

The FAA is not only behind the curve and have trouble getting out of their own way but also have taken to adding part 91.13 charges on most infraction charges to pilots. A bit like some police agencies, one act and half a dozen charges depending on how they feel that day, just to see what sticks.

In addition, you can be on drugs....drunk as a loon....have an uncertified hot air balloon.....and fly it, too.....

All allowed by the FAA.....
