Old gent retiring from R/C....

Hope It works out for me. Total flight around 30 on plane and all the equipment. Been sitting in the gent's hobby room in climate control.

This plane is so cool, they don't make them like this anymore. Took the guy 6 months to complete this project.

I get the privilege removing castor oil from the engines! One down and one more to go!

Nice job on the old engine. What are you using to get the crud off?

wow, I can't believe how clean that engine became, good going

if you can get (or build up) new cowls you could mount the engines on their sides, then have the mufflers on the bottom, that would clean up the look

you may find cowls that fit it here, if not he may make you some,

I am having problems getting the engines to idle at a lower speed. The carb and everything looks good. It may be that I do not understand the air bleed screw. It is weird carb, I am looking to see if I can install OS 20c carbs on there?

Update on plane
I have the servos and Rx for this plane. Still waiting on new fuel tanks and some wood working on the plane. It will be awhile since it is not priority right now.

i have messed with air bleed type engines, but it has been a long long time, i could get it right, but pretty sure it was just accidentally.

Here is a link that might help?

Airbleed needles are backwards from a needle valve. Fps always ran beautiful, they just were never powerful.
