Who gave you the idea that you can vote for what you want, or don't want?

Cut off ALL FEDERAL FUNDING and start calling in their debts. Thats a good start.

I feel bad for Northern Californian's. From the people I have known and talked to, seems that most of Northern Cali is conservative.

Don't think they actually asked the voters. Rule from above.

The seats in the US House of Representatives are allocated to states based on population as determined by census. Further, electoral college votes are allocated by the number of Representatives.

It is extremely important to notice it doesn't say "legal" population. The census does not take into account a persons immigration status. The larger the illegal population of a state, the more seats in the House of Representative it has and the more electoral votes it carries.

In effect, illegal aliens are greatly increasing the power and influence of the state they live in. Illegal aliens are indirectly voting in the House of Representatives and each and every Presidential election. California carries a massive 55 electoral votes. California, New York and Florida carry 113 electoral votes in just 3 states. Study the second link provide below and notice which states have the largest illegal alien population. Study the first link and notice the states with the most electoral votes and how they voted.

The only state that doesn't seem to recognize the power it holds using its illegal aliens is Texas.

This chart will show you how many electoral votes each state has and how that state voted.
https://state.1keydata.com/state-electoral-votes.php

This chart will give you an estimate of how many illegal immigrants each state has.
http://www.pewhispanic.org/interact...zed-immigrants/

Put the two togeather.

If California wants to be a sanctuary state, we will have to immediately cut their federal funding and re-allocate House of Representative seats. These two actions would remove their largest incentive for non-compliance with Federal law.

Please don't be fooled into believing California politicians have some humanitarian love of illegal aliens. What they have is a love of seats in the House and a disproportionate vote in elections.

Thanks wjvail, the reference you stated about the census counts illegals which adds to a states electoral number is interesting, wait, I mean alarming. I need to do a little research on that.
.
EDIT: In your second chart I want to figure out the percent of electoral votes that the illegals carried. But I am confused about two of the chart headings, can some one tell me which one to use. They look the same but have a large difference in percentages.
.
Here are the two headings and the % for California under each heading.

Unauthorized immigrant share of population, 2014 = 6%

Unauthorized Share of immigrant population, 2014 = 22%

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

I see this becoming a larger issue in the next 24 to 36 months. Remember 2020 is a census year. I'm absolutely stunned it hasn't been a bigger issue before now. The implication of all this is that those states with high populations of illegal immigrants are taking critical and powerful House of Representative seats from states with few illegal immigrants. Why the Midwest states tolerate this is beyond me.

If you'd like to rig American politics, rig a census. Don't bother with rigging voting machines or buying political adds. Just rig a census. The results of a poorly run census defines the 435 House of Repetitive seats for the next decade. And the glory of this plan is that counting illegals is legal! And once counted, non-Americans are theoretically prohibited from voting in elections. In effect, you get to count illegal aliens for House seats but don't have to listen to them in elections- they can't vote!

If I were a power broker in California, I’d pack the state with illegal immigrants prior to the 2020 census, count every one of them two or three times (who is really monitoring this?) and then ask for federal dollars to help defer the cost.

Tell Californians they can have all the illegal aliens they want but they won't be counted in the census- and they won't receive American dollars in support. See if they don't reconsider their position.

People perk up when you talk about rigging an election but seem to not notice the massive implications of rigging a census.

It should be if you are not a citizen and tax payer you don't get counted. Same for voting.

well to enlighten you a bit... most people dont actually pay any taxes. These are people who rent (dont own any property), live on welfare and generally dependent on everyone else for existence.

Anyone?

For the life of anyone!

Can someone tell me why California hasn't collapsed financially and into sheathing ruins? A bank is not gonna loan to a bankrupt state that shows no recollection on balancing their budget.

It makes no economic sense to me in any shape or form!

Who is continually willing to loan money to California?

That is still not enough! California budget is way out of wack. Who is dumb enough to make loans to California State Government?

This is the part I haven't figured out!

California can't print money but can issue debt bonds. Who are the retards buying the debt bonds?

Look at the State of Illinois? Can't pay their lottery winners! LoL!!!! HAHAHAHA
