Hello,

I did something stupid, I did not label/record the connections to the AR7200BX before I removed the connector. The Blade 300CFX manual does not tell you what the functions for each servo. So I have the following table, could someone please look at their 300 CFX and tell me how their servos are connected to the 7200BX?

Blade 300 CFX Servo Connections
Servo location...Swashplate Ball....Function......AR7200BX connection
Left Side======>Front of copter=========>Elevator======>Elevator
Right Side=====>Right side of copter====>Aileron=======>Aile
Rear===========>Left side of copter=====>Pitch=========>Aux1

Thanks in advance!

Regards, Dave

Thanks for the response about servoconnections

Hello,

Thank you for your response. Yes I have looked at the manual for the 7200BX, page 6 contains a "generic swashplate diagram" for a 120 degree swashplate, which is what the Blade 300CFX has. I had a incorrect assumption/expectation that the Blade 300CFX manual should have a clear diagram and/or description clearly defining the functionality of the three servos (right,left,rear). The connections to the AR7200BX are to the servos, not balls on a swashplate. However it is very easy to figure out what servo connects to the ball of a swashplate.
So I used the swashplate diagram in the AR7200BX manual, assumed that the swashplate ball on the front of the 300 CFX, is the elevator servo. This assumption allowed me to connect the servos to the AR7200BX. After performing the connections between the servos and the AR7200CFX I was not getting the correct swashplate movements. So I had the change the value/setting of step I (swashplate servo directions) from purple (the default value in the Blade 300CFX manual) to Blue solid. I am now able to get the correct swashplate movement with this new setting. So it appears to me that the Blade 300CFX manual may need to be updated.
Please be aware the I have updated my copter with Hitec 5065 MG servos and I have a JR-9303 radio.

Regards, Dave
