The header says it all. 250 pro with the TT tail conversion. Also have the MRS on it flying it with Futaba 14sg,42mm tail blades, can't see the number of the tail servo, but it was replaced once because the origin one went south on me , but it is an Align servo.
I have tried a lot of different set ups including taking the gain down to 35 in the transmitter with no solution to the wag that I am getting.
Has any one else experienced this on this bird , and if you did what was your solution to solve it?
I am seriously thinking about going back to the belt that came with it originally.

Well there few things that will help it if you want dump some cash into it.

1) do you have a carbon fiber pushrod ?
2) upgrade the tail servo. Normal I would put mks 95 but the new Align DS455M is as good.
3)I'm using an iKon2 bluetooth and it works very nice.

knight...,
I have no qualms with the MRS but what I did just find is that the slide on the tail was loose and I tightened it up and it seems like most of the wag is gone. I have been sneaking more gain into it and it is taking it.
I really did not want to dump another $100 dollars into it for a better servo and I am glad to hear the ds455 will work. I will probably go for that one.
Carbon fiber pushrod....is that an Align upgrade or did you get it some where else?

I don't have a T-Rex 250 but... A lot of times a slow(ish) wag and imprecision in the tail is from drag somewhere in the tail control system.

The most common point is the tail pitch slider gets gummy where is slides on the T/R output shaft. I've also fought a wag from a bad bearing in the tail grip. That one was difficult because the grip was only sticky under load.

Snap the link loose from the tail servo arm and see if it is frictionless.

The tail setup is difficult. You are trying to achieve both zero slop and zero friction. One or the other is easy. Getting both are a challenge.

If you've already explored all these areas please discharged. I know this might have been something you looked at already.

I made my own CF pushrod using a spare piece of threaded head link rod and hollow CF from the hobby shop. I sized the links and used graphite on them. 38mm tail blades worked on mine.

I have the 42s on mine. Should try the original 38s just for the heck of it.
