Just thinking ahead already. Checked the IRCHA site and nothing yet. Anyone heard dates for IRCHA 2018, I'm guessing August 1-5 just looking at the calendar.

Like roughing in summer plans as early as possible.

Haven't heard yet, but I don't usually pay much attention until after the new year. Can't put in my time off request any earlier than that, and even then they have a tendency to lose it before the time actually comes.

And I thought I was the only one with that problem. LOL! Can't put it in till the new year and then still have to fight for the time all year till the time actually comes !

The problem for me has been the new ownership and the management team. Never had this issue before, then last year had to dig out my copy of the original vacation form and shove in their face as they were acting like I had never filled one out. This year they never finished processing the paperwork, and then managed to lose the extra day I requested 2 weeks in advance. Can't wait to see how they screw it up next year, lol.

RC Heli Nationals are July 30-August 2 2018 (Posted on AMA website). So I would assume that IRCHA is that week/weekend.

Bad for me. I'm in sales and I have to close the month and launch the new month that week. With travel and everything it might be tough for me to make. I wish it could push back one weekend but it is what it is.

I think IRCHA was originally the second weekend, but they moved it up so that people could attend the nats and stay for IRCHA. And I still haven't managed to get over there and watch any of the nats stuff yet, even though I want to, always busy from the moment i arrive it seems.
