15 years and still an apprentice. I don't think even a good one at that.

To be honest, I had not paid any attention to those titles, until this thread popped up. Of course I am a Newbie, so what would you expect. :-)

I will say that the comment about "FNG" brought back memories.

In the field of construction;

Newbe = Apprentice

That is the lowest rung on the totem-pole. You are an apprentice on the very first day you set foot on a jobsite. Just saying.

It was meant as a joke....

Don't you remember that Trump had a show called "The Apprentice"?

Where he used the term "You're Fired"....

Apprentice?
The one I don't like is "rrApprentice". It has a very different connotation than what I think you are trying to convey.

Do I need to bump rrApprentice (100 posts) to rrVeteran if one has been registered longer than a year or two?

Absolutely not. If it takes them 15 years to reach Veteran status, like me, so be it.

Haha..I'm sort of on the fence. I kind of agree with Kevin; You gotta earn it.

However; If someone has had an account for 3 years and still visiting the site, aren't they likely to have some experience above a newbie though?
