I read where Bar Harbor was having to turn to American workers now and they were looking at "creative" ways to attract Americans...I have some suggestions like paying a decent wage, being nice to workers, helping workers achieve good work schedules, and insuring a safe work environment.
My wife and I went on an Alaskan cruise (which was great except for the guy down the hall beating his wife to death). Two of the excursions we took including bus rides. One of the drivers was from Florida and the other was from Texas.
It seems the cruise lines recruit drivers from (hotter than heckles) states to spend cool summers in Alaska. They train the drivers, provide housing, and create a pleasant work situation for them. I doubt the pay is over the top but everyone we saw was pleased to be there.
Isn't it odd to see companies now wanting to hire Americans. Of course leftists don't like this because they hate America anyway.
Build that wall.
