First question, what are your normal, I1 and I2 throttle curves?

They should be

N 30,30,30,30,30
I1 70,70,70,70,70
I2 100,100,100,100,100

Also, in gov setup on the castle link, are you running set rpm? There are other ways but these are the simplest to set up.

It helps if you post what your setup is.

I think I figured it out had to set throttle end points in the TX one 450 with a CC 45 was 89 45 all works good now in Governor high
Could you please explane why 30 in normal mode and in stunt 2 why 100 I thought with 100 the gov has no room to goveren and at 100 my HS is 3400 its a OS 4s setup with a NEU motor

The way CC uses one part of the governor function (which is the only one I have ever used) is to set internal (CC) governor, set RPM, enter your motor/geating info, and in the three available desired rpm boxes, put your requested RPM.

What the software is looking for is a throttle input command from the TX (ie, throttle curve). The specific numbers I quoted are not hard numbers, but happen to fall in the ranges that the software is looking for.

So let's say you want 1800 rpm in normal, you enter 1800 in the first box, and then set your normal throttle curve anywhere above 0 and below 49 percent for each point on the throttle curve, hence 30,30,30,30,30. They could all be 10s or 45s, it would result in the same 1800 headspeed.

For your I1, request, say 1900 rpm, enter 1900 in the next box, and set your I1 throttle curve anywhere between 50 percent and 99 percent.

For your third speed, say 2000, enter it in the box and set the I2 throttle curve to 100 percent. The third box requires 100 percent, it doesn't allow a range.

If you enter 0 for any point, the motor will stop.

Castle also has a PDF instruction on how to adjust your endpoints for your specific TX and ESC.
