Mks 9767 cyclic
BK 7002 TAIL.
I had this combo and loved it.

I can say, the 515 on cyclic, and 525 on the tail do a very impressive job on mine. And I push it mercilessly.

I have the 525 on my current 500 and find it ok, but the BK is much better. You have to notch it little bit to fit it, but is well worth it

My 525 died suddenly one day, maybe 3 months old, no signs of it going bad beforehand. Lucky it happened before take off.

replaced it with an RJX 0390

sometimes it's worth paying a little more

spending time, paying attention

Thanks for the recommendation's.
I have a 500 t-rex flybared with 515M and 525 on the tail. They seam to work well. I have never been one to go for the high end, not that II wouldn't like to. I have never had BK's but hear good things abought them. I don't know if my flying would benefit much buy them. Not a 3D guy so not as demanding on the equipment.
Align combo's are hard to beat but this 500L was the kit and I need to come up with servos.
Thanks again

I got a set of 530M and a 525M for the tail. I have only flown the 500L in my yard but everything seams good. Going to the field to try it out today. I am running a 7200 like all my heli's.
Thanks for the input.

Get an ikon fbl unit. Easy to program an way better than the beastx. I am not a fan of the beastx at all after switching.

Ya I have heard that. My Son just got an Ikon and he likes it.
I am not a hot rod flyer so I don't think it will make much difference to me.
I had two flights on the 500L today. At the end of the second flight it had a slight wobble. When I checked it out I could move the grips back and forth a little. I took the head all apart and everything was fine. I even miked the washers and they were OK.
Kind of weird.

I checked the thickness of the washers to make sure they were right.
They were and everything was in right so I guess the dampers just pounded out in three battery's? Never had this before.

Can't say it won't make a difference until you try it

Well I flew it again today. This morning I replaced the hard dampers with some softer ones I had and put in 1/2mm washers on each side to take up the space and firm up the head. Wow it flew fantastic. Solid as a rock and smooth. In stunt 2 it did the screaming and flipping just fine at full power. I am a old pattern flyer so I like smooth aerobatics more then 3D.
I only had two battery's with me and I wanted to keep flying.
I may have to but a 500XT I like this one so much.
