It don't need to be short unless you have a very small house.

Here is an interesting one. Fed judge blocks a new Cal state law that requires anyone who has high capacity magazines (presumably old grandfathered in ones) to destroy them...

http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-...amp.html?espv=1

California is infringing on 2nd amendment in my opinion. They even drove out the last gun shop in San Francisco a couple years ago. Not illegal to have a gun shop there, they just drove them out with inspections and beurocracy... Nice to see some evidence that there is some amount of balance push back even if it is a very small thing.

I saw that Kate's law (sanctuary city law) passed yesterday.

Heavy equipment owners in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Idaho are gathering at the california border in preparation to push San Fran into the ocean.

High capacity magazine? more than 10 rounds? are you kidding me? I do not think that a 15round mag is high capacity. There are several mags that do 100rnds I believe. I don't know why those even exist. I probably cannot lift, hold and aim with 100 rnds on my wrist.

Maryland has a 10 round limit on magazines. Most guns are designed around 15 rounds of 9mil ammo. In Maryland, all you do is go to Virginia to buy 15 round mags and they are legal to bring into Maryland. What a joke.

Kate's law was passed by the house of representatives. It remains to be seen what happens in the Senate.

Sorry if I am not Republican enough for you!

"Texas requires a written request in order to capture rainwater."
No it doesn't....I live in TX, you don't...
You just lied about that....
Here is what I read. So yes, some systems do require a permit.

So no, I dd not lie. But thanks for the personal attack.

http://twri.tamu.edu/publications/t...13/water-rules/

Additionally, some cities require permits or registrations before or after installing rainwater systems. Richardson requires a permit for rainwater harvesting systems that collect 400 or more gallons of rainwater to ensure proper installation, as those systems typically require some sort of electrical and plumbing component. Smaller systems must be registered with the city by the homeowner but do not require a permit. Most cities have certain criteria for the systems’ components.

Ahhhhh, Thanks for the corection. Looked it up just now, it passed the house 257 to 157 with 24 Democrats voting in favor. I imagine that means it has a pretty good shot in the senate (?) .

1helimech,
Oregon will be joining Idaho and Montana on the Northern front to push Seatle into the ocean.

You really are dense my friend. There is a big difference in requiring a written request in order to capture rainwater and building a capture system so big that it it requires a building permit to install.

You must work for the mainstream media.
