My old Stinger wasn't working too good last summer, tried replacing a bulb, and still no luck.
Bought a new Black Flag zapper, blacklight with green leds are pretty, but it doesn't crack and zap like the Stinger did. It looks like it's working, but not quite as good.
So what zappers are great or bad?

I am shopping for a bug zapper for the upcoming rainy season. The stinger sounds like a good one. Here is another one i am considering:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...8-20&th=1&psc=1
When the insect is killed, the zap can throw body parts up to seven feet.
Another review enthusiastically talks about flaming bugs falling from the unit.

Oh yea.

Update: I stopped by Ace Hardware and picked up a Stinger and a mosquito lure pack. Looking forward to trying it out. Bug season starts here in a week or two.
