Hello ALL. I am trying to set my Ikon FBL again with DX7 radio G2. Reset the DX7, unplugged servos, Bind ok, plug in the heli to PC, Ikon Updated, radio on, selected or filled ALL the General Instruction in the ikon, ok. But when I try to Adjust the Transmitter Set Up, It wont change the value on the Ikon/Screen. The TRAVEL Values on the radio w/c is +100/-100 can change both ways + or -, but NOT on the Ikon TX Set up. Been trying to do it since last night and I am tired till I fell asleep. Need Advice pls.
Thanks in Advance.

Fundamentally, the sliders on screen 5 of the MSH setup app will move and follow the transmitter's stick movement.
They cannot be adjusted from the setup app.

If you move the sticks on the transmitter and nothing is moving on screen 5 of the MSH Setup app, then I would start with the basics:

Did you pick the correct Receiver in screen 3 (Receiver Selection)?

Then, did you follow the wiring diagram in screen 4?

And, is the DX7 transmitting on the same format as the receivers (DSMX or DSM2).

Yes I did all those ticedoff8 thanks. Now, looking at the left side of my TX on the TRAVEL LIST screen, the AIL, ELEV and PITCH are all -60? Pushing the AIL stick to the left, the slider goes ZERO, to the right is -120. I dont know, but as far as I know I did nothing wrong?

If the sliders on screen 5 are moving when you move the sticks on the transmitter, but they are not making it to 100%, then you need to increase the travel on the transmitter, not the gyro.

On my DX9, I had to increase the channel travel to around +/- 135% (give or take a little) on every channel.

Also, make sure the direction of the sliders match the transmitter.
If the slider indicates "Right" or "Up", make sure the stick on the transmitter is actually "Right" or "Up".
You may have to reverse the channel's direction in the transmitter to get the slider's direction to match the stick direction.

I would take a close look at your transmitter before you try to setup the gyro.
It doesn't sound like this is a "gyro-thing".

I would start with a new model setup and not try to reuse an old setup (some people think this is a "short-cut" and it wastes a lot of time until they figure out "I should have started from scratch" and make sure it is a "Helicopter".

At the very least;
Make sure the DR & Expo is reset and disabled.
Make sure the channel travel volumes and directions are set back to default.
Swash is "Normal" or "90 degree"

Looking at the pic maybe you have a dual rate activated? If your on a new model and seeing this issue, try another new model. If you still see it, send the tx in. Seems like there might be a issue of your only getting 60 at full travel

Photo possibly indicates he may have selected 120 swash vs Normal.

Since I started using FBL gyros, I have never used any swash setting other than "Normal" or "1 servo collective" on the transmitter.

Your DX7 G2 has 7 swash selections: normal, 3-servo 120°, 3-servo 135°, 3-servo 140°, 3-servo 90°, 4-servo 90°, 2-servo 180°

You want "normal".

From the picture you posted, I go back to what I already said and would agree with Pistol_Pete:
You have the wrong swash setting selected

On the transmitter:
With swash type set to "Normal" and all sticks are centered:
* When you push the cyclic stick L/R, only the Aileron channel moves
* When you push the cyclic stick U/D, only the Elevator channel moves
* When you push the collective stick up and down, only the AUX2 and Throttle channel moves

These 4 channel's movement should be isolated from each other and purely related to their sticks.

I would guess you selected "3-servo 120°" and the collective stick was full down when you took the picture.
