Hello everyone,

I need some help. Im new to FBL and its freaking me out trying to set it up. I am testing a trex 450 with a microbeast FBL clone. The tail hold good but when I punch out the nose dips and the tale dips on decent a tiny bit. When I pirouette the tale dips a lot like I pulled back on the cyclic. its acting a little like a soft tale gyro. I just dont want to crash experimenting .

Is this do to the gains being off?

First thing I would check from what you are describing is the mechanical setup of the head, paying specific attention to the swash.

Post a link to the manual for best help.

If an exact clone;

Re-Check Set-Up letter N... pirouette optimization.

Make sure dials on top are centered

Also post any changes from default you have done in Parameter menu.

If the gains are off, then you will certainly have an odd flying heli.

Problem found. The rear servo arm was to long and it was hitting the frame on the negative. This also broke a tooth on the metal gears and it was locking up for a second causing the swash to not be in sync. I found it when I was folding the blades an felt the lock up

Pre-flight inspection required...just like real aircraft.
