Got myself an old dauphin fuse with retracts for reasonable price. it is missing a couple of wood pieces nd needs new door sets
I should be able to cut wood parts and order new door set so no big deal.
My concern is that the tail piece is already glued. It was epoxied almost 8 years ago
. Is there a way to loosen it out ? the wood brace that goes from inside is also there. Since there is no tail assembly ever installed, I am not sure how hard it would be to align a hole for fenestron drive shaft and run wiring for lights.
Any advice if I should not mess with it or is it something I could do ?
Also, what type of fiberglass tape you guys use for repairing small cracks ?
