He killed himself so his first conviction can be thrown out and he dies an innocent man. This will benefit his family.

"He killed himself so his first conviction can be thrown out and he dies an innocent man."

Where on earth did you come with that "legal" theory??????

His conviction was under appeal. When the state vacates that appeal, he will not be innocent.

Of benefit to his family. The family who raised such a thug?
What about the families whose lives that he screwed over?

His family legacy was tattooed all over his body.

so... do you think he should have used a 2 or 3 prong extension cord instead of the bead sheets?

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

He's not innocent.

When a person dies before the appeal, his situation changes to such that it was like he was never charged.

That doesn't mean he is declared innocent and it doesn't protect his estate from still being sued.

If he had any life insurance, that was probably voided and his family gets zip.

As far as the estate goes, I bet his legal fees drained him dry.

Wrong. But believe what you want. What I posted has already been stated by lawyers that under stand how the law works. It is based off of an old law.
