Can the stock 600 ESP swash be used with the DFC head and ball links safely? If so then what any parts upgrade to use it? Or is it required to use the DFC swash?

Also can the stock 600 ESP main shaft be used with the DFC head? Is it an option or a DFC shaft MUST be used?

The Align dude over at Trex store is a LIAR as he NEVER sticks to the same story trying to confuse you more and more. What a selfish ignorant sob moron working for Align, damn

Swashplate... Check ball diameter. If that balls diameter are the Same, no problem with ball link but...
The Main difference is that DFC dont have washout, so forces on swashplate are also an issue.

Shaft, bad news... FBL shaft are shorter than flybarred shaft Align Helis.

So, to upgrade it is better to get new shaft, rotor DFC and swashplate with strong balls posts...

By the way, the heli Fly the Same... It is just a new Good looking face...

I finally sorted everything out for just the DFC FBL head conversion. It is just frustrated with Align when they possibly intentionally mix the unnecessary sub parts in the main part such as missing two critical spacers after the dampers in the main blade grip part, or the feathering shaft part or even in the complete DFC head conversion kit. Yeah I had to buy just the two missing spacers that only come with the damper part or the single DFC head kit. Way to scam confusing owners who pay Align salary.

Yes Align is still the best for the buck for one of the best quality and build. The elegant super clean looking DFC FBL head simply is too silky smooth and slope free on my 600 ESP. I love it.

600/700 Hardware Pack

You might want to buy one of these for $25. It is very useful for those odd bits and pieces that you will eventually need to replace.

I just want to confirm that if the longer stock 600ESP main shaft than the 600DFC main shaft can be safely used with the DFC head? I remember some said yes but others said no. Anyone has the actual experience flying it?

Back in the early days of the DFC they were using the conventional swashplate to begin with. I believe it was a 5-millimeter ball. I think at extreme stick angles they were getting some dislocation of the link on the ball and then they moved to the newer 90 degree stylist swash. Regarding the longer shaft I'm sure that is feasible but you would have to raise the swash plate up to meet the DFC link. I think it would work but it would look a little funny, as long as the ARB bracket could accommodate.

So are there longer linkage rods for stock ESP shaft? I guess not but just wondering. What about a main shaft that is in between the two? Too tall and too short now that is funny

Going DFC is not free...

The link rod length depends on shaft length. Period.

Larger shaft needs Larger push rod... Align is always care to get your money out of your Pocket...

DFC needs a shorter shaft.
