How long and what 78 billion for the wall. Now 5000 more border guards etc etc. just the idea of a hemoroid in court with high fines will do the trick.

I made a mistake once, but I was wrong?

Check the estimates. I'm in large construction. A wall of that magnitude would end up costing 100 Billion easy especially since the government "contractors" would line up to charge $60 a 2x4. I've seen this first hand. Every one of these contractors has a retired Military General as a high level employee so the money flows smoothly......

You must have a lot of down time with ridiculous cost estimates.

You biding the contract? Think of the profits.

Here ya go.

http://www.americanthinker.com/arti...y_paid_for.html
President Donald Trump’s border wall only needs to stop about 10 percent of illegal crossing ( already down 40% already without doing a thing short of enforcing existing laws) in order to pay for itself, according to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies. The estimated $12 to $15 billion cost of the wall would quickly be offset by the savings to the government if fewer illegal immigrants arrive in the country over the next decade, CIS found. Only a small portion of the population of people who are expected to attempt an illegal crossing in the next decade -- between 9 and 12 percent -- would have to be stopped for the wall to totally pay for itself.

The analysis from CIS, a group that advocates for moderating immigration levels, relies on fiscal estimates from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NAS) for the average cost to taxpayers of illegal immigrants. NAS estimates one illegal immigrant costs state and local governments approximately $75,000 in a lifetime, taking into account taxes paid and the cost of providing benefits such as education and health care.

And how much would the wall be worth if it saves even one city from being blown up with one of Iran's Obamanukes?

I don't think we can stop that.

Obama has already enabled Iran to complete their nuclear capability at record pace.

The only big save for the US would be if Iran desires to nuke Israel before shipping one to our back door.

Attacking Israel would give Trump the full go ahead to melt Iran into the world's largest glass rink.

Sorry fellas, people figure out ways around things. Add more border guards enforce the immigration laws. I just don't think the wall will work. Just my opinion.

Where do the majority of terrorists come from? Saudi Arabia that's where. That's the country we should have rained fire on after 911. We act like they're some ally, and even aren't on the travel ban. Can someone explain that?

Between the wall , extreme vetting and using whatever means available to us to reduce the threat I'm good with it and don't give a $hit about the cost. Rainbows and unicorns ain't cutting it my friend. What as you see it we should just lay down and take it like sheep?

I agree, there are many-many good and legal Americans that need jobs that are willing to set on the boarder ready to stop law braking illegals from crossing

Wow, for once I can agree and disagree with you. I believe in the wall, but Saudi Arabia needs to get the big nuclear smack down. However, I thought that we buy much oil from them. It looks to me that they are right next to Iran in the terror department.

Yep, I'm ok with that. The protection from foreign invaders with a physical wall far outweighs the redundant positions and inefficiency within the TSA.

And it's not Trump's Wall. This land is your land, this land is my land....it's just not THE WORLD'S LAND!

You can't put a price on securing your home and it's REQUIRED BY LAW.

From the Constitution. That pesky little document liberals hate so much.
Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

How will a wall, stop a flying missile?

And FYI, it was Reagan that sold weapons to Iran.
