Is anyone knows how I can get spacer for one-way bearing (see attached picture). There is no part number for it, and I am having hard time finding one at local hardware store. It is 18x22.7x0.7mm. I will appreciate any help or feedback, thanks.

I found reference to the spacer but only in a hardware bag, the hardware bag is a great buy for spares etc, but a bit much if all you want is a spacer,

https://www.modelhelicopters.co.uk/...rdware-bag.html

The link should get you the part no for the hardware bag and if you look on the small pics under the main picture you will find the shim referenced.

Sorry I have yet to find the spacer exclusively but will keep looking for you. I finally found a friend who machined a few for me maybe you know a machinist?

Good luck

Give RCBearings a call. I have called him before for difficult to find bearings, washers, spacers, etc and he has always been very helpful. (720) 737-6998

Thanks Busher, I did take a look at hardware bag, yes it is expensive. But when I google the part number, it seems like only overseas stores has them. is this true statement?

I'm not sure if they are only overseas, I would have thought that was available globally but who knows.

Good luck

That is one odd sized washer.

Even McMaster Carr doesn't have one in that size.

The hardware kit includes it.

If you own an Align 700, its a very handy kit to have.

Not really the inner diameter must be 18mm, I did not measure the shaft diameter but the shaft its self goes into sleeve which I believe is bigger than 12mm. McMaster.com have all but that particular one.

Why would anybody "rig" with a weird sized washer?.....Unless they wanted a "mark-up"....like in a bag full of other parts.

Spare Parts

It is expensive for just the washer but the other parts are still useful anyway so it isn't really that bad a deal...unless you lose the same washer again! That same hardware bag is cross referenced for the 550 and the 600 (same parts bag) so if you own these models as well, the bag becomes very handy indeed!
