Deported Immigrants Are Now Collecting Welfare

Garcia added that 134 people are returning weekly in flights to Mexico City, and that — regardless if they are from the capital or not — they are offered welfare. The welfare they receive is 2,264 pesos, the equivalent of around $110, a month for half a year. The deported illegal immigrants are also offered job training and access to job fairs.

The Associated Press also reported Wednesday that Mexican immigration experts are bracing for the possibility of refugee camps around the nation’s northern border, as a DHS memo signed Monday authorizes the deportation of illegal immigrants to the country they entered from, not back to their homeland.

Send Mexico the blueprint for ObamaCare too. We won't be needing the instruction manual any more. You can keep your doctor, it's free, etc.

Perfect for Mexico when they obtain half their population back. Worked real good, but we don't need it any longer.

Poll: 80 Percent of Americans Back Sanctuary City Crackdown

Americans overwhelmingly believe illegal immigrants arrested for crimes in so-called sanctuary cities ought to turned over to federal authorities, an online poll shows.

The Harvard-Harris survey provided to The Hill, posted Tuesday, found 80 percent of voters say local authorities should have to comply with the law by reporting to federal agents the illegal immigrants with whom they come in contact.

Will Mexico build a wall to stop Trump from deporting Mexicans?

Mexico Again Demands Illegal Alien Mexicans Be Kept Out of Mexico…

Mexico’s Foreign Minister Videgaray states his government will not allow President Trump to deport illegal Mexican aliens back into Mexico.

Remember, part of President Trump’s expressed policy outline was an immigration rule that explicitly invalidates any reciprocity Visa process from any nation that does not accept repatriation of it’s own citizens.

The ‘repatriation-tied-to-visa-program’ principle, was generally directed toward nations like Yemen, Somalia (or any others) etc. who are part of the larger immigration policy, and who have refused to accept the return of their own criminal citizens.

However, if Mexico also takes themselves into this tenuous position then Mexico could also lose non-restrictive travel authority into the United States; and simultaneously blow up the former NAFTA agreement which is their only lifeline toward any semblance of economic leverage.

Well, this has turned out to be interesting.

Mexico is taking a firm stand against Mexicans returning to Mexico. Their feelings are the US is a region they should be free to expand into.

Returning unemployed Mexicans to Mexico is a two fold problem for Mexico in the fact that it increases their unemployment while cutting the supply of US dollars being sent home to Mexico.

Mexico has no intentions of working with the US to bring about a useful "green card" program.

A useful "green card" program would allow the US to control Mexicans into needed work areas while collecting the proper taxes from the wages earned.

As a side note, cleaning out illegals also helps to insure against voter fraud.

Mexico likes the system as it is and Trump is disrupting that.

It measures 871 km (541 mi) and runs between north and west Guatemala
541 miles of fence ? If you look and google earth, the border of Mexico and Guatemala, 500 miles pretty much (if not all) from one sea to the other. Of course the 541 miles is not a straight line but it seems it would be a lot At any rate you have tweaked my interest and I will further investigate.

Side note: I was told by a tour guide in Belize that they are having a terrible problem with illegals coming from Guatemala.

Last time I was in Juarez we saw a sign in the Visa office, encouraging folks to consider not leaving Mexico. Presumably they have figured out that when the more enterprising folks leave, they start businesses in the US instead of in Mexico.

yep. I know more illegals than I can count that came here and started up pretty successful businesses (usually in construction). They are hard workers with good skills. I always wonder (and have asked) why they didn't just stay put and be a big hitter in their home country. They always say the same things.
1.) Not a lot of work and even so, hard to make a living. One kid told me it took him a year of laying tile 7 days a week to save enough to buy a 37" TV. He said he came here and saved enough in one month to buy a decent used Tahoe.
2.) Safety... and this was the big one. They all said it just wasn't safe to live there and maybe raise a family.

That "guatemala" fence is in Arizona, or they did an amazing job of clearing the jungle.
