By the way Federal income tax is unconstitutional.

What does this mean? I don't get it.
it means that> if welfare recipients are NOT legally required to be tested for drugs why should he be legally required to be tested when it's his hard earned money that goes to those welfare recipients

I agree with him

Dude, I get drug tested for my job and think that is bull****. Why is it any ones business what a person does on his own time?

It is still against your civil rights to drug test. It can be beat in court so it will never stick.

I'm glad you share his opinion Gearhead, because thats two of you that won't get it your way, and ultimately continue to pay for the rest of your time on earth. Get Used to it..........

You gotta take a drug test to get a job. To many, welfare is their job, so they should have to take a test to get it too.

As far as being drug tested for employment, it is NOT a violation of your civil rights. How stupid must you be. You think it is your right to be employed?

It's a violation of your privacy, and if any working stiff had the time or money it could be beaten in court.

Hey Life Terd, I'll bet you would dive in a bucket of **** if your boss asked you. You know what, I take that back. I bet you've done it hundreds of times already.

The proper role and function of government is not to provide equal things its to protect equal rights. The employer has the right to fire anyone he has hired for any reason. He also has a right to set the terms of said employment. The real Question is does the government have the right to give our tax dollars away to begin with? I dont think these people should be getting any free tax dollars from the gov it is not a right its theft. and who is paying for the drug tests? Facepalm 10 to 1 its the gullible taxpayers.

How in the world can that not be LEGIBLE ????? Maybe Tommyboy needs big print so he can read it slowly letter by letter.
No wonder tommyboy is against drug testing.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

well if you go along those lines... guess filling out a job application is a big violation of your rights... Who's business is it to know where I live, where I used to work and how long, and human resources is in a big ol violation for asking who I married to and how many kids I have etc... And why the F%^K do you need my college transcript (thats none ya bidness too)... Hell, doing my taxes according to you means they are severely violating my privacy....

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...

I'm pretty sure you can't just fire an employee for no good reason. The term wrongful termination is what it's called. National labor relations board has all the info and my state has a LRB also.

Its simple, dont wana take a drug test to get a "free" paycheck... no pay check, they have the $$$, they make the rules. dont like it, find a paycheck else where.... pretty simple.

If you had a business, and your crew was stoned on a daily basis, and still wanted you to pay them, I'm sure your willingness to pay them would also degrade. Most people with a drug habit dont do better at work over time.... it tends to degrade. So next time your pilot says, "hey its none of your business that Im drunk/stoned, I fly better IMO..." whats gonna be your response?
I'm pretty sure you can't just fire an employee for no good reason.
Oh yes they can.... been there done that. An employer can let you go as they see fit, and they dont have to tell you why.
Under the employment-at-will doctrine, an employer can generally fire an employee for any reason or for no reason at all.... as long as:
-Employers cannot fire employees for reasons that would violate anti-discrimination laws.
-An employer also cannot fire an employee for reasons that would violate public policy.

Employee rights attorneys often get calls from former employees that were given zero justification for their termination, even when they ask their employer why they are being fired.
This is always a tricky situation because on its face, an employer firing an employee suddenly or without stated justification is unfortunately not unlawful. The at-will employment doctrine allows an employer to terminate an employee without giving them any kind of notice or justification.

Nope. If the job didn't agree with me I would exit and find another. You have a wild imagination in addition to being extremely stupid. Toke on.
