Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has hooked the HW 160 hv RPM signal to the Mikado V-Bar NEO and got the displayed RPM PLUS verbal readout?, Or do I still have to use a separate RPM sensor tapped into the motor leads.

I have used a hw 50 and you just plug it in. It just works. Rpm and voice work great.

So, you can plug the new HW 130HV or 160HV right into the vbar to get the vbar Gov mode on without an additional sensor?

The RPM lead from the hv160 displayed the rpm on the radio like I was looking for without adding an additional sensor.

Are you using a V-Bar radio?

Hello, Yes I am using V-bar Control. No additional sensors needed, I assume you are running an electric setup?
