I am running into install issues with the KDE500XF-1350-G (5mm)

https://www.kdedirect.com/collectio...iant=1055818099

I'm using the stock trex motor mount the motor seems to need to be 3 to 5mm lower for a perfect fit. As it is now the main gear is riding too low on the pinion.

I have the KDE motor mount ordered. dont know if this will fix the issue but....

Has any one else ever run into this??

You need a Trex 500 DFC Pro motor mount or sand down the area so the motor can seat flush.

Which version 500 do you own? You probably have the motor mount installed upside down. The motor should be sitting on the flat part.

send some pics this makes no sense the motor will have no impact on pinon placement all of mine need the pinon several mm above hitting on motor with 1-2mm above main gear what ever motor you install is inmateral
