what pipe are people using with 120 since hatori discontinued them i have a funtech that broke and im sure because of the vibs. so will a 91 pipe work on this motor i kknow its a fuz smaller in diameter and that may create a little more back pressure which will give it a little more bottom grunt and the 120 shares the same mounting pattern so if i flow ported the header t the motor do you think it will work

What you want is the Hatori SB-23FH.
But, they are unobtainable.

I would not use the 91 / 96 pipe on the 120.

The Hatori are tuned pipes and they are designed to resonate and scavenge exhaust gases from the combustion chamber. This helps pull more air / fuel mix in with each stroke.
Using the wrong pipe on the 120, even after trying to match the header to the flange, may result in overheating and a drop in performance.

The Funtech pipe is a muffler. It does not boost power.
I think that may be the worst choice to modify to fit.

I have been told a company named "M Studios" has taken over the Hatori line of pipes and manufacturing.
MSTSAB23 SAB-23
But, that one does not have the isolated header / pipe design as the Hatori pipe did.
A-Main has it listed, but Out Of Stock:

Yes completely understand I had a sab 23 but sold it to a friend who at the time needed it more than I being I switched to a 105 hz r.
My asking is just questions,i know all about the tuning of the pipe but the questions come from my racing moto background see we had tuned pipes also several to be exact but depending on how you wanted the motor to perform is the pipe you bought. Now with that said when we used a pipe that was smaller ( for a better term) it would increase the low end torque of the bike and vise versa. That is why I was asking because with the lack of options for these " big block screws" one may need to try it out to see what kind of difference there may it might just be fine . I guess I was just seeing if anyone tried it I mean hell they say don't run 30% in the 120 and I have two that run 30% all day long on one shim
