Finally got springs that are ridged and keeps the tail off the ground. If you saw my hover test, then you saw how far down on the ground the tail was. I looked at several youtube videos of the Bell 430, and none of them were dragging the ground like mine before. Now I am ready to install the running lights.

Then today I was flying in a windy day, and bent the left rear retract.

Not happy about the way they are working.
