Thanks guys. Delivery attempt 2 is set for next week.The system is made by Samsung. It's a 16ch HD system that we got at Sams Club. We love the system. It has caught some interesting things.

the refrigerator is "smarter" than the delivery guys... they need to go back to "load carrying school"the resolution is fantastic on that system!...may need to get one
