http://www.amain.com still carries about 10 models, and three or four brands. There are some good combos for the Align models.

Hope it helps.

Be sure to..

Check on fuel availability and price in your area..things have changed in the last few yrs. I love the nitros but I love my e-heli's just as much; look before you leap!

the great flybarless systems

That these modern electric birds have really make them rock..you should find out where you can go to watch some flying..fun fly or local field or even youtube vids to get an idea what's possible these days..not sayin there's anything wrong with nitro heli's but flying electric can open up more flying field possibilties and lead to more flying!

still gotta be safe

Out here we fly our smaller e-helis at parks; school athletic fields etc. Of course when people arent around..the bigger birds and nitro's we take out to a dirt covered field on the edge of town.

I paid my dues the first 2-3 years and have been flying rogue after.

If I have a question I can ask here or there

It easier today with FBL and newer technology.
I feel I wasted learning all that stuff 10 years ago which is now irrelevant.
I jumped in Christmas 2005

That stupid 200$ gift got me hooked

Oops didn't you know about FBL.. if you don't mind programming electronics they are easier to fix and set up

Flybar is more reliable, just make everything 90* and level your swash at mid stick. also your pitch should be 0 as well at mid stick.
