I have been flying Castle Creations ESCs for years now and they have served me well. I have also had a few issues with electrical components that have required servicing by various manufacters. Castle has impressed me again with there first rate service and I just wanted to recommend there products. My issue involved a 160HV ESC not governing correctly. I was able to get Clint on the phone and he spent nearly an hour working to try to resolve my issue before recommending that I send in the unit for review. I really appreciated someone with real knowledge of the product working with me. Thanks Clint. I then sent in the unit. The unit was replaced and back to me with in days. This is kind of service is not what I have received from other companies and is what will keep me as a customer.

I have a 3D heli, I don't understand why it doesn't do 3D

Castle Creations customer service is also #1 in my book !!! They have always stood behind their products 100% of the time for me. one Talon 90 issue and one talon 120 issue..both were replaced under warranty... They are great to work with too....

This is not the first time they have helped me out either. I am upto 4 of there ESCs. Talons are good units.

There has been a number of times they did NOT stand behind their products, a quick search will show it. Glad they did for you guys.
I still have one they never stood behind, and I know several guys who had their birds go up in flames and castle did not stand behind their product. Castle cremations!

Which is worse, ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care!

I have saw the pictures of burnt ESCs years ago but I have been flying them for years with great luck. What issue where you unable to resolve Classic?

I had a brand new one not work out of the package, it was over 6 months old, but still new in package, just defective. Personally never had the flame job, but a local buddy did, his burned up pretty bad and they did nothing for him.

Ever since that, I have kinda hated them. They are only 20 minutes from my house and I will never buy another product from them again.

If they took care of you that is wonderful, glad to hear it and I am happy for you, its just my personal experience wasn't as good.

I had a CC 160 go up in flames on a 700 align just spooling it up about 4 years ago. I think that was when they had a big problem.

I am sure if you sent it in Classic they would take care of you. I am partial to German engineering all sound but service on electronics takes a long time and always more expensive.

I tried, also they said no go, 10% off Full retail if I wanted to buy a new one from them.
