This guy has had this up a number of times:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/131902752879?ul_noapp=true

By the landing gear, I was thinking it was an early Hobby Lobby but it may just be a training gear conversion.

An unusual tail gear box

Thanks

So looking at the vrhc web site, it would appear that the canopy is simply a piece of lexan. It would also appear that the main gear was driven off a cog from the engine ... not sure where the 'brass' clutch fits in though. Interesting beast to say the least. Thanks Dunedinflyer and Kencol for the information. I still have my Litco charger and loved it at the time but the Lipo movement seemed to have put them under.

Critter

The Brass Clutch was on the Engine like a normal Clutch where it opened to engage the clutch would spring and break very easily Same
as normal clutches spring when the bell liner wears to thin

Clutch

You must be going to better garage sales than me. It is rare to find any hobby stuff much less helicopter stuff.

I would occasionally find stuff at the RC club flea markets but virtually everything I found was to sell. Very little that I would keep or want to keep.

Thanks for the info.
