Hi Guys,

I have used the free swash app to get the horns 90deg on my cyclic servos.

How do I do the same to the Tail servo?

Cheers
Michael

Once you set the correct frequency for the tail servo,it should be at 90°.

90 on tail servo

I think he's referring to the servo horn. on the cyclic side one can center each servo individually. Not sure how to do that with the tail servo. Would love to know how.
thanks

Tail 90 deg

If you need to tweak mechanical setup you can enter in the trim flight section for tail

This is something I have never understood. It is not possible to "sub-trim" a tail servo with the V-bar(or any other gyro that I know of for that matter).

I don't know why this cant be done, surely it is no more than an extra line of code to be able to do this would make doing set ups so much easier sometimes. I agree that a setting of "zero" is ideal but still....

I have never had a problem in getting servo horns in the right place because I use a disk or star for the tail and can always find the right orientation for it.
