The first Heneseleit I saw was in Rotary magazine back in 2004...it was nitro and because of the quality of German engineering and craftsmanship I said one day, 'I will have a Henseleit'.

Well, 12 years later... dreams do come true. I've set it up and I have to fine tweak it but she is very stable.

"How high do they go? Are those things hard too fly? How much do they cost?

Congratulations on finally getting your dream bird... they are smooth as silk at just about any headspeed.

And they have adjustable main blade dampers, too.

Nice looking heli, btw.

Yeah I remember when I first saw pics of the TDR and then saw one in person at a flyin around 2009/2010. I was fascinated with the idea of running at low headspeeds as well.

After I got a Kasama Faifa and Minicopter Triabolo I thought maybe I didn't need a TDR, that maybe it would be redundant. But I'm very glad I finally got one, it's still great and still a nearly perfect design.
