Hi Guys

I have a installed a miniTags with RA02 remote aerial on a 700e with Savox SV-1273TG cyclic servos and a Savox SV1274MG rudder servo. I have setup the neutral point and calibrated the cyclics/collective with no problem. My issue is that when I go to full pitch the swashplate tips backwards.

I have reloaded the firmware (ver.3.9)and checked there are no subtrims active. Any ideas? Could it be the servos?

I have done a video on the setup of the mini tags. Here is a link. Probably what has happened is you missed a step somewhere. Like I say in the video make sure you follow the little book to the letter. Don't assume anything. I couldn't tell you right off what it is. Also does it just tilt back a little or is the elevator servo just wrong? Here is the link

Hi LaDon

Thanks. Great video. This is actually my 2nd minitags. My first one is on my Sylphide E12 and was straightforward. The elevator servo goes to full deflection as the pitch is increased. I will look at it again this weekend.

I think the deflection was just the gyro sensing. It threw me as I do not recall seeing this on my Sylphide. LaDon gave me some advice and I was able to proceed with the limit setting and managed a couple of test hovers. Needs fine tuning, but I have not had time due to pretty poor weather and also practicing for the Aus Nationals which were last weekend. I have a state championship coming up in a month's time, so will not get to look at it again until after then.

I'm working on it these days, I had a big problem with the version 3.9, when I came to set the "rev" could only for "AIL" then I could not go on.

After several attempts, I tried to install version 3.7 and I have setup everything.

only doubt I have left and how works the tail servo ......... I mean on my XG11 I set like this:

But it is that I work in normal (N) in t-lock (T) the servo if I move, slowly back toward the center. it's normal?????

Best regards

Apologies for the delayed post.

The Tags mini is all good. I went through the mechanical setup again and got the swash absolutely level. I also sourced and installed the JR adjustable servo horns. As the Trex was destined to be my F3C practice model, I loaded the parameters from the Sylphide. Must say it flies very smoothly and almost on par with the E12.

In normal mode the servo should centre quickly, but it will return much slower in t-lock. This is normal.
