Ended up getting a steal on a 2006 Z06 with 43,000 miles. Bone stock and adult owned. Seems tight.

New tires, rotors and pads. 6spd manual, alloy frame, 505hp LS7.

Heads will be taken off and sent down to get reconditioned, these motors have a tendency to drop valves and grenade the motor due to worn guides. $1500 for peace of mind is worth it and it should see another 100k of service.

Not Grandpa's Chevy.

An old buddy has the 2015. It is fantastic, but honestly i prefer the style of the previous versions.

Thanks guys.

I was just in the right place and the right time combined with a large dose of luck.

Just finished new tires rotors and pads and a wax, and a week of prep work painting the wheels.

If your already going to pull the heads off to re-do the guides throw a lil extra money at it and put a better cam profile in it (preferences vary)....and while your at it port/polish the heads, intake and throttle body....slap a tune in it when your done and you'll gain a healthy dose of horses for not much more scratch....

oh and super nice ride....I was looking at em....I couldn't get over the fact I needed 4 seats a few times a year when my pops visits so I settled for a slightly fatter 1LE Camaro...

Ask your Doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

After 7 weeks of building it, I have turned the stock 505HP into roughly 600HP.

New ported heads, milled .010.
116 cam and all new valve train
ported MSD intake
ported stock throttle body
K&N cold air intake
New rotors and pads
New oil
New coolant
160 thermostat
Dyno Tuned

All work and porting done myself less machining and ported heads.

Drives like a stock tight car, you can baby it all you want so it is as simple as it gets for a daily driver.

Put your foot in though and your eyes widen instantly lOL

It scares the crap out of the guys at work, most only want one ride
