I fly with two 2200mah 2s LiFe packs. At what voltage would you stop flying and recharge

with Life packs you don't go by voltage, you must count the mah used per flight to calculate how many flights per charge.

as the battery gets older it may not produce as many flights so be sure to test it's capacity once in a while.

spending time, paying attention

Yes- liFe maintains a pretty consistent voltage right until the end when it is about to dump. After a flight on a fully charged pack, peak it on a digital charger and note the mah's it took to recharge to full. Round this number up to be safe and then calculate how many times you could safely fly given your packs mah capacity.
