Thats great !
We have a little guy the comes out with his grandpa and wanted to fly a heli....so we took him out to the flight line gave him the transmitter and said go fly it.....little did he know that the tx in his hand wasnt for that heli...but he didnt know that. Standing behind him was the pilot with the real tx in his hand....he took it off and started flying it, and the little guy thought he was flying the heli.... it was priceless.

Looking at a lad yesterday of 5 years old.... you are too old to start flying helicopters, you are past your prime. If you haven't started by now, you will never win championships. Justin Gee was flying at four.

I should also note; at 47 I was told that I would probably never be able to learn how to fly. That pissed me off so much that I proved that iggiot wrong. I fly much better than he does now.

Age is a Number, nothing more.

LOL

Indeed! Just look at how close they stand when hovering! My Word, in one frame, he's practically got his hand inside that rotor disk! Such terrible mentoring! That is a great camera, though. It's got such a quick shutter speed, it almost looks like those blades are not even really rotating!

Agreed, helicopter was in no danger of hitting the little wonderful girl.

The point really is, this is an age where these grownup toys are not appropriate for children. Justin Gee flying large helicopters at 4YO is a prime example that should be discouraged. We all know the damage one of these can do. Kids have plenty of time to fly when they are old enough to do it safely.
