I got this the other day from a lady that knows a friend of mine...etc.

Just wanting to see if anyone is interested in it. These are the parts I've found so far and I know there's more, I just have to find them. Ive seen the nose part and the wood frame parts havent been cut out.I had to move everything out fast and all the stuff got put in my storage unit. I know there's a sorta cult following for these things... It's a little older than I know when it comes to

.I don't have a lot of posts here, but check me on rc groups as Cap232ac.

Found more parts...at least I think so. Wood is obviously Cheyenne, head, tail case and another slider that has the grips on it. Still looking for that darn nose piece. It's just a little vacuume formed cone. Also found the starter cone (not pictured).

I thought I had mentioned in the first post, but I must have deleted it.

Shoot some offers if you're interested. I'll give it a few day because I'm still finding parts.

Schluter Cheyenne

It looks as though there are several parts missing, cooling fan and housing, nose cone, landing gear, either fixed or retracts. Go to this site, as there are many pics and some information to help you know what is not there.

Thanks...I've been using that page to identify parts. Its actually missing quite a few. While looking for parts for this big airwolf I now have, I found the starter/clutch shaft with the frame blocks.

I'm a little surprised guys wouldn't want the fuse alone. If I were to keep this body, I'd put modern mechanics in it...and make it electric. I've got a hurricane 550 that'd be great for it

It's all for sale. Guy who owned all this passed a few years ago and his wife moved rather quickly. All the money goes to her less the cost of shipping and storage space.

schluter fan

I've been a heli bug since the schluter sandown demonstration back in the late 70's. i'm currently and painstakingly piecing together an 84 champion. that definatly makes it an antique. what you have there is even older still. I believe it was the second kit manufactured by dieter schluter after his famous cobra kit. perhaps you might reconsider restoring it. you have a real collector item there and it just might pay to keep it for posterity. just a thought. meow.

It's pretty cool. Been seeing these in magazines since I was a kid dreaming of owning an r/c model.
Betting I have parts for your Champion. There's a bunch of Schluter stuff there.

So I found the tank or a tank today. Either way, it's new with the fittings inside. I'm guessing Schluter used parts in a number of models .

lost a friend a while back who left tons of heli stuff in his estate. lots of schluter stuff, circa 1984 to 1989. if you intend to keep the chyenne and restore it, i'll do what I can to help, ( if nothing more, than to see a vid of it in a hover ).
