Stan.. Don't get spooked, I'm sure I made several mistakes. It gave way while at or around zero pitch while the mech's were on the bench. I've done it a hundred times.. I didnt see or hear any unusual vibrations so Im guessing the head was already fatigued and it was time to let go.. I just have never be able to get this 3 blade to flt right. One day it's fine and the nextit wobbles and the next day I pull the mechs and start from scratch again. I tried it with a 2 blade goblin head some time back and it was great but I wanted it scale so I tried again.
With the battery the way it is now and the rear seats removed along with the wood hump in the back of the cabin it is just over 17 pounds.
Oh.. I had several violent pitch pumps during test flights so that may be the reason it gave way. Anyway I'm sure you will have better luck then me... no one can have worst then me...lol
