Yeah Dennis, I used the century head at first until I got the starflex head. the century head will work on a 12mm shaft, the adaptor it comes with is so it can be used on a 10mm shaft which you wont need. I will fabricate a follower for you if you like. I have to make sure I have a mast collar for a 12mm shaft

Wow.. I was just joking about you building a follower. But thanks. Century does have a multi rotor follower but it must be made of gold its 45 bucks. The Align 3g head I have on the jet ranger has an independent follower. I was hoping to find something like that in 12mm. I was waiting to see if anyone else had any input on where one might be.
The swash is ready and the head should be here Tuesday. Now I just have to determine the swash to grip rod length.

no worries. I never liked the followers from century, they are just too bulky especially for the 4 and 5 bladed setups. for a 3 they may not be so bad since there is more room in the 360 degrees of space for the follower to share with three pitch rods. once the head is in, you can easily measure how long to make each pc rod.

Any thoughts please.. Everything is as it should be. Links are equal, travel is equal, ball link servo horn locations are equal.
Now this is an issue that I have had since the start of this project. I have adjusted links, played with travels. checked the the elevator is secure to the linkage assembly rod correctly and that there is no elevator play in the linkage. And it did it with the Futaba servos and now with the Align servos. This is the best I can get it.
The good thing is that it is level while in the hovering flying range. So it's effect are minimal during flight. I just want to know why it is doing this. Emile, remember I asked you to check Roy's mechs to see if it was doing the same thing.

Hey!! Got me a little mad skills happening here.
I don't know how it will fit with the century head, but we'll see.
That is a Align 600 flybar washout block I knocked out the 10mm brass sleeve and now it's 12mm.

I bought 2 of the 5 blade heads. I got an email stating that they were relocating the warehouse and the heads would be shipped after they found them...

I called again today and they said it went out yesterday and gave me a tracking number. As of 5 minutes ago the USPS doesn't have it..
I know sometimes the usps tracking runs a little behind. We'll see what it shows in the AM.

yeah the move has messed things up a bit. my last shipment tracking never showed any activity other than order received and still only showed that when the package arrived.

swash plate,youtube.

I saw a movie of the swash of movement.
Does it kill the movement of the gyro?
Three of the servo, feel like not to adjust the left and right of the travel.
Horizontal pitch in the middle. Horizontal at full pitch, the adjustment of the lowest.
But all is repaired by adjusting the transmitter, it is the first work.

Thanks Eiichivr,
I am just now starting to look at this issue again and see if I can get it worked out. In the past, any travel adjustment seemed to make it worst. But I was also adjusting the elevator travel only..
The bubble is within the level marks in a hover.. and doesn't seem to effect flying. But I do want it right.

Just my .002 regarding the swash level movement while bench testing the collective. I didn't go back and read the entire thread, so I don't know what FBL unit you are using. FBL units will sometimes have odd swash interactions while bench testing that they do no exhibit in normal flight. IMHO, put the FBL unit in set up mode (servo arms centered, link lengths set), then set the swash level and leave it. I think that as long as the heli flies correctly, you're good to go. If it exhibits strange behavior in flight, then you have an issue.
