From what I read it is a 650 that you can convert to a 700 for 250.00
Looks very nice though, a lot more detail on HF.

at todays prices that's a little over $1100.00 US Dollars for this kit. Seems a little pricy for a 650 size heli

But in SAB's defense, a lot of your kits don't come with blades The Goblins do, that puts most of them around this price range or more if you add tail blades in!!

Question is thunder or nitro.. Both pretty pricey. Still finishing up the 3 new goblins I picked up in the last month.. I guess in a few months I will pick one of these machines up..

You would think that they would be clear as to the power plant for the nitro, but from info that I have been reading and the video I have watched, we can only assume that it is a 91 or 105 pulling that thing through the air......not an OS 50
Funny thing, is that the nitro takes a LOT of design cues from the Revolution heli, TZ Shark, or Flyus helis. Combine the simplicity of that drive system with the availability of Goblin parts and availability and it should be a winner.
On EACH of those helis, the motor, fan, starter shaft, and drive gear or pulley were on the same shaft. That's nothing new or revolutionary.
Nor is the ability to remove the entire motor, muffler and drive system with just 4 bolts....
And the centered fuel system, glad that's being revisited by Botos and SAB, but not new....Anyhow, very cool to see it, and all of the stuff that will come after.
If nothing else, SAB has been a marketing juggernaut. Exquisitely timed releases to stimulate the market.
As soon as the Black Nitro loses steam, I see a three blade variation or such to keeep things rolling until the next release ;-)

Very interesting plan for the GT15. (I'm running the engine in a Helixheli GT600.)

You would think the cooling would be better in this that the Trex-based kits? Fully enclosed not a problem?

Wonder if this fuel tank will swell with gas and an alternative would be needed ?

Yes +1 for spiral retainers. Have to change the rubber stopper in the tank and hoses. Are you running 600 blades? Might have to reduce the 650's to 630 H3P head. Should fly nice.

Ya his video is amazing,of course it's Kyle flying, he say it weighs about 9 1/4 lbs dry.Pretty light for 90 size engines plus 650 blades, should make this thing a beast.

I wonder what the flight times are like. An OS 1.05 swinging 650 blades shouldn't be working that hard. On the other hand I don't know how big the tank is.
